The problem


When we started working with Tradeslink, they had found that previously, their accounts function had been a bit disorganised.

The Tradeslink team had found that the activities and work being done was not being particularly well communicated to them, so they were looking for a solution to allow them to better understand the process, and allow them to be more efficient.

The solution


We put together a clear offer for Tradeslink that saw us taking over all of their back-office function and, in particular, the payroll element.

We have a really clear policy on communicating with our clients and this was key in creating a solution for Tradeslink.
